As an outcome of our fast growth, we are looking to recruit a number of highly capable and ambitious individuals, who will enable the next stage of our business evolution, establishing key positions in our exciting company.
As such; we are looking for keen and capable Support Coordinator to take responsibility for the support and maintenance to a widening community of deployed Zephyr® Air Quality monitors. The role will include remote support for air quality sensor deployment and maintenance, as well as some field work. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Client Services.

Manage and maintain the EarthSense Zephyr network by way of offering the clients efficient and responsive support and engagement via telephone and email.
Manage and maintain hardware deployment process through direct liaison with clients and stakeholders from receipt of order to established service.
Maintenance of the Zephyr database to ensure transparency and tracking of assets for maintenance and reporting.
Report on internal and 3rd party stock levels to ensure continuous deployment capability.
Field work as required.
