A Message from the MD Tom Hall | EarthSense

To our current and prospect customers, partners and distributors,

The outbreak of COVID-19 has had an impact on us all and I hope that everyone is managing to stay safe under these unprecedented circumstances.

The EarthSense team continue to work remotely and we’re fortunate that all our systems are cloud-based so we can continue to communicate effectively with all our stakeholders every day. We have several members of staff that visit the office when absolutely necessary to ensure Zephyr® sensors are being delivered as usual to minimise any service disruption.

To our current and prospective customers, rest assured as our Zephyr® services are being provided as usual, we continue to monitor deployed units daily, and our support team is here to help. If you do experience any issues with your sensors, feel free to email us at support@earthsense.co.uk or call our office number on +44 (0) 116 296 7460 and select option 3 for support.

As a business, EarthSense is resilient and there is no time like the present to start measuring air quality. It’s important for you to remember that you’re still able to receive measurements from Zephyr® and MappAir® data services.

We’ve been busy dealing with requests regarding air pollution as a result of COVID-19 and Zephyr® and MappAir® data have showcased how we can measure air quality before, during and post the world’s largest air quality intervention. Once the spread of COVID-19 begins to slow down and the government relaxes current enforcements, air pollution will change drastically around the country as people return to life as usual.

If you’d like to speak to us and learn more about how our products and services can help you tackle air pollution, call us on +44 (0) 116 296 7460 and select option 1 for sales.

Alternatively, head to the contact us page of the website and email our team by completing the contact form.

It’s imperative that we continue following government guidelines to beat the virus as quickly as possible and try to stay positive by looking towards a cleaner future for all.

Best regards and keep safe,

Tom
