The promoter of this campaign is EarthSense Systems Limited, Space Park Leicester, 92 Corporation Drive, Leicester, LE4 5SP, UK.

1. The free trial is only open to applications made from 10:00 on Monday 6th January 2021 to 23:59 on Friday 21st January 2022.

2. To qualify for a free MappAir® trial, you must complete all of the fields of the ‘Free MappAir® Demo’ form available at: www.earthsense.co.uk/mappair

3. Ongoing service costs are excluded from this offer.

4. The trial is only available to registered businesses.

5. No cash alternative will be offered.

6. The trial will be valid for 30 days from activation.

7. MappAir® data accessed during the trial is not to be re-distributed or delivery of any commercial services.

8. The MappAir® trial is subject to End User License Agreement which will cover fair use and general trading terms and conditions.

9. EarthSense does not accept responsibility for network, computer, software, or service failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed, or misdirected email entries.

10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside reasonable control, EarthSense reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion without prior notice.
