The Role
As Head of Marketing, you’ll be both strategist and storyteller: shaping the EarthSense brand, driving demand, and leading our marketing engine end-to-end. You’ll own everything from brand identity and digital presence to product marketing and creative direction, ensuring our message resonates and our impact is unmistakable.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll blend vision with execution, partnering closely with Product, Sales, Senior Leadership, and external agencies to deliver high-performing campaigns and best-in-class content. Working in a fast-growing startup, we are looking for someone as comfortable doing the doing as well as crafting strategies and thinking!
Key Responsibilities
Brand Leadership

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned to business growth, customer acquisition, and retention.

Lead integrated campaigns across digital, events, PR, and content marketing.

Support sales through global industry events, thought-leadership opportunities, and partner showcases.

Define KPIs, implement performance reporting, and optimise budgets for measurable ROI.
Marketing Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned to business growth, customer acquisition, and retention.

Lead integrated campaigns across digital, events, PR, and content marketing.

Support sales through global industry events, thought-leadership opportunities, and partner showcases.

Define KPIs, implement performance reporting, and optimise budgets for measurable ROI.
Creative Direction

Oversee creation of high-quality product literature, whitepapers, case studies, and sales collateral.

Guide design and messaging for packaging, user guides, and visual assets.

Elevate EarthSense’s storytelling with compelling narratives and standout creative work.
Agency & Partner Management

Brief, manage, and maintain strong relationships with creative, digital, and marketing agencies.

Ensure all partner output aligns with brand standards and business objectives.
Team & Cross-Functional Leadership

Collaborate closely with Product, Sales and Leadership teams.

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing internal function (including line management and mentorship of our existing Marketing Manager).

About You

You bring energy, creativity, and strategic clarity, plus a proven record of growing brands and leading high-impact marketing programmes, ideally over the last 10 years in a senior marketing role, ideally within tech, SaaS, or B2B environments.

You have a track record of building and elevating brands, leading high-impact campaigns, shaping creative direction, and successfully taking products to market.

You’re energised by the challenge of turning complex ideas into clear, compelling value that resonates with users, clients, and partners.

You have deep expertise across content marketing, digital channels, and marketing analytics, and you know how to use them to drive measurable growth.

You’re experienced in managing agencies, creative teams, and production workflows to deliver exceptional work at pace.

You’re comfortable working with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and have hands-on familiarity with ERP and CRM systems such as Odoo and how to leverage them effectively for global brand presence.

You’re passionate about clean technology, environmental innovation, and using marketing to create real-world impact.

You’ve supported organisations through growth from domestic markets into international export markets and understand the marketing shifts that come with scale.
